5. Installation of equipment: Install the prepared equipment in place, and be careful not to re-contaminate the cleaned pipe parts during installation.
6. Push the pipe to insert it into the socket: During installation, it is more labor-saving and smooth to insert the socket into the socket. First put the socket into the socket and press the socket to the rubber ring in the socket, connect the steel wire rope and the reverse chain, and tighten the reverse chain; at the same time, people can shake the pipe from side to side at the socket end of the pipe until the socket is inserted All sockets are in place, there should be a gap of about 2mm between the socket and the socket, and the distance from the outer edge of the socket to the rubber ring should be the same.
7. Pipe fitting installation: Due to the light weight of the pipe fitting itself, when a single wire rope is used during installation, it is easy to deflect the direction of the pipe fitting, resulting in the rubber ring being squeezed and unable to be installed in place. Therefore, the pipe fittings can be installed in parallel by using the double-inverted chain parallel force method, and the rubber ring will not be squeezed. The method of lengthening the pipe fittings can also be used to install with a single steel wire.
