Wedge Welding Machine

Heavy Duty Wedge Welding Machine

Extrusion Welding Gun

The Extrusion Welding Gun has the functions of dual independent heating of base material and welding rod, digital temperature control display, 360-degree rotating welding nozzle, motor cold start protection and other functions. The shape design of the extrusion drill blower makes it possible to weld quickly even in small welding occasions. The welding gun is mainly used for welding HDPE, PP plastic pipes, plastic plates, plastic decks, plastic water tanks, and plastic film materials.

Testing Equipments

	Air Pressure Detector is one of testing tools which is used for testing the welding seam quality. Working principles: pumping 0.2-0.3Mpa air into the cavity; after five minutes, if the pointer doesn't move which means the welding seam pass the inspection.
	Vacuum Tester is mainly used to test the welding quality, welding effect and accurate positioning of leaking points on the parts where inflation testing cannot work or welding rods have been applied to repair shortage and leakage at planar construction sites.
	Tensionmeter is the best tool for tensile testing on construction. It can be used for geomembrane weld seam strength test and shearing, peeling and tensile test for geosynthetics. Data memory card is optional.
