Waterstops, also known as waterbars, are flexible tape like elements of a concrete structure that prevent the passage of water through concrete joints. Concrete joints are most liable to seepage. They are designed as fluid tight diaphragm embedded in or running along the joints. The join is as watertight as the waterbar that join them.

PVC Waterstop is a waterstop material made of PVC polyvinylchloride resin and various additives through mixing, granulating, extrusion, and other processes. It has the elastic deformation of PVC resin, prevent leakage seepage in the building structure joints, with the characteristics of corrosion resistance and good durability.

Swellable Waterstop

Swellable Waterstop is an absorbent strip used to seal and waterproof concrete joints. It is made of polymer expansion rubber. The synthetic rubber/polymer expansion rubber expands the joint when exposed to moisture. It is a new type of waterproof material, waterproof effect is more reliable than ordinary rubber. In contact with water the Swellable Waterstop will swell approximately 250%-600% of its original dry volume, the expansive clay mass will seal the cracks and small voids in the joint.
